‏The service at the hotel was exceptional. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile and utmost professionalism. The representatives were attentive to every request and made sure every detail was taken care of to ensure our stay was perfect. ‏The food was excellent, varied, and very tasty. The breakfast was rich and diverse, and every meal was a unique culinary experience. ‏The tranquility and serenity at the hotel were outstanding. The hotel is located in a quiet area, allowing for real relaxation and rejuvenation. ‏The cleanliness was of a very high standard. The rooms and public areas were always clean and tidy, and the emphasis on hygiene was evident everywhere. ‏The quality of the rooms was excellent. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, with all the modern amenities that make the stay pleasant and luxurious. ‏I would like to especially thank Theodosia, who helped us a lot during our stay. She was kind, professional, and greatly contributed to our excellent experience at the hotel. ‏Overall, the hospitality experience was exceptional, and I will definitely be happy to return to this hotel again.

Fantastic staff and great facilities. Nothing was too much bother. We loved the ability to order beach drinks and snacks on the app. Private pool was very refreshing after a hot day. High quality food, which is good because the immediate location does not offer a wide range of alternative quality dining experiences.

This is a real 5 star resort. The staff is super attentive and kind, especially Manos who brought room service. The food is 10/10. The location is 10/10. The property is gorgeous. Beautiful beach nearby. Excellent amenities. The pools are excellent. Some good shops up the street. Access to world class excursions with pickup being so close to Heraklion; think scuba, horse riding, quad bikes, boat rentals. Not that we ever wanted to or needed to leave. This immediately became one of our favorite places and we will be back.

We arrived at Pnoe in what we thought was a state of relaxed bliss. We could never have expected to leave in such a calm trance smelling of refreshing peppermint oil with supple bodies beyond imagination. We did nothing for our selves for the entire length of our stay. All we needed to do was turn up for meal times, chew delicious local foods and gulp down refreshing Cretan wines. Writing the this review is the most thinking of have done in days and to be honest, such praise has come oh so easy. The spa and their practitioners were excellent. The restaurant staff were attentive and charming and the hotel managers made our stay a total breeze. We were able to organise some awesome excursions through the hotel leaving us with many memorable highlights. Thank you to the teams at Pnoe for putting on one hell of a spread for us. If you are considering a fly and flop, this place couldn’t be easier or more relaxing ❤️❤️❤️

Rating: 10/10 An absolutely amazing hotel! The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. The pool was always clean and very relaxing. Service was professional, kind, and responsive to every request. There are two restaurants for dinner – it’s not a buffet, so the selection is more limited, but the food quality is excellent and the atmosphere is quiet and refined. A huge bonus is that the hotel is only a 10-minute drive from the airport – incredibly convenient, especially after a flight. I honestly have nothing negative to say. A perfect experience. We will definitely be back
